This example was sold by the jewelry store Sainte Orphée Diamant in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, as attested by the warranty certificate kept with the watch.

An iconic model from the Breitling manufacture, the Chronomat is one of the most representative watches of the brand's renewal at the end of the 20th century. This version features an elegant silver dial with three midnight blue sub-dials, offering a particularly successful contrast and excellent legibility.

The stainless steel case is equipped with the famous rotating bezel with rider tabs characteristic of the Chronomat collection. The dial includes a date window at three o'clock and a peripheral tachymeter scale for speed measurements. Applied indexes and luminescent hands complete the sporty and refined aesthetic typical of Breitling productions of this era.

Powered by a Swiss automatic chronograph movement, this watch testifies to the manufacture's expertise in precision instruments for aviation and sports.

The watch is accompanied by its original Breitling strap. This shows significant wear and is no longer really usable for daily wear, but it is kept and supplied with the watch, notably for its Breitling-signed clasp. A modern NATO-style textile strap, not original, is currently fitted to the watch.
