Christian Dior Bi-Fold Wallet Oblique Trotter Vintage Pattern

The model shown in the photo is a compact Christian Dior bi-fold wallet with an Oblique pattern (historically also known as the Trotter pattern).

Model: Bi-fold wallet (two sections) with Dior Oblique pattern.

Historical Period: Although the famous monogram was created by Marc Bohan in 1967, the finish with thick patent or leather trim and the internal structure with rounded corners indicate that this is a vintage piece from the '70s / early '80s, or one of the later reinterpretations produced under the direction of John Galliano around the 2000s.

Exterior: Made mainly of jacquard canvas woven with the "Dior" monogram. The reinforced edges are finished in shiny leather (black or dark blue patent leather depending on the original color variant).

Interior: Usually lined with smooth calfskin or matching technical fabric for the internal compartments for banknotes and cards.

Il modello mostrato in foto è un portafoglio compatto bi-fold Christian Dior con motivo Oblique (noto storicamente anche come motivo Trotter).

Modello: Portafoglio bi-fold (a due ante) con pattern Dior Oblique.

Periodo storico: Sebbene il celebre monogramma sia stato ideato da Marc Bohan nel 1967, la finitura con profili spessi in vernice o pelle e la struttura interna ad angoli arrotondati indicano che si tratta di un pezzo vintage risalente agli anni '70 / primi anni '80, oppure di una delle reinterpretazioni successive prodotte sotto la direzione di John Galliano a ridosso degli anni 2000.

Esterno: Realizzato principalmente in tela jacquard (canvas stampato) intrecciata con il monogramma "Dior". I bordi di rinforzo sono rifiniti in pelle lucida (vernice nera o blu scuro a seconda della variante colore originale).

Interno: Solitamente foderato in pelle di vitello liscia o tessuto tecnico coordinato per gli scomparti interni dedicati a banconote e carte.
