Vintage Issey Miyake shirt dress, a rare archive piece with a distinctive, avant garde silhouette. Made from a lightly lustrous fabric that subtly catches the light, giving it an elegant sheen. The lower layer is single and slightly sheer, adding depth and a delicate, fluid feel to the piece.
The construction is particularly unique, the upper part is designed like a vest panel, structured and clean, while the lower section gently flares out for a soft, flowing shape.
Features an attached tie detail at the collar (two elongated straps) that can be styled freely, adding a refined yet experimental touch.
Very good vintage condition with minor signs of wear at the sleeve ends (see photos). Overall a beautiful and uncommon Japanese piece.
