Purple

A vintage knockout tailor made raw silk dress in the Cheongsam style. The label reads 'Juny Mansor London - Haute Couturiere'. The dress is super romantic and reminiscent of Maggie Cheung's beautiful dresses from 'In the Mood for Love'. 

The dress fastens with 37 matching covered silk buttons, and it has sewn in shoulder pads to give it structure. It is a very high-quality piece and was probably tailor-made for a wealthy, fashionable client!

I bought this dress as vintage 15 years ago, I'm not certain when it was made, possibly the 1980s-1990s, as I could only find information for a designer with this name whose label was established in 1992 in London.

In excellent condition, sold as vintage. There will be some minor signs of material wear, but there are no stains or damage, all seams are strong, and buttons are intact. There is slight sunfading on the shoulders, priced accordingly.

Fits a modern size small.
