Likely could fit a 10 too 
Good condition, there was a little tear above one of the splits and I sewed it back, it’s not perfect and you could probably undo it and redo it better but it’s not noticeable when wearing
Also there’s a lot of raw hems and in some of the joins there are loose threads because of this
Pictured the worst bits of this I could see
Otherwise no flaws
It’s complicated to work out how to get it on lol
