Beautiful and rare archival Comme des Garçons piece from 1994.

 This jacket plays with volume and deconstruction through its dramatic gathered neckline, soft sculptural shoulders, and asymmetric front drape. 
The adjustable drawstring around the collar allows the silhouette to be styled in multiple ways — from open and cascading to tightly ruched.
Crafted in a deep black wool, the jacket maintains a structured yet fluid form, typical of Rei Kawakubo’s design language from this era. The back features a striking inverted V-split hem that adds movement and a distinctive avant-garde touch.
