Vintage Max Mara blazer, circa 1960s.
There is no label on the material, but it is certainly wool and lined.
Size 42, small fit for today's standards (pictured is an XS). Measurements: shoulder inseam 38 / sleeve 54 / bust 47 / waist 42 / hips 47 / length 58 cm.
The cut is typically 1960s: a bust shape as was common in those years, with seams that made the bust slightly "pointed"; and the sleeve length is just above the wrist.
It is in more than excellent condition, but it has some marks on the lining, which is perfectly normal considering its age. In the last photos, I have included general photos of the lining and close-up photos of signs of wear. The button seams have obviously been redone, perhaps more than once (last photo). These are the only reasons why I have classified it as good condition rather than very good.

Blazer Max Mara vintage, databile circa anni 60. 
Non presente etichetta composizione ma è certamente lana, foderato. 
Taglia 42 con vestibilità ridotta per i nostri standard attuali (in foto indossato da xs). Le misure: spalle cucitura cucitura 38/ manica 54/ larghezza busto ascella ascella 47/ vita 42/ fianchi 47/ lunghezza 58 cm 
Il taglio è tipicamente anni 60: una forma della zona seno come usava in quegli anni, con delle cuciture che facevano il seno lievemente “a punta”; e la manica ha lunghezza subito sopra il polso.
Le sue condizioni sono più che ottime ma ha dei segni nella fodera, in considerazione dei decenni che ha assolutamente normale. Nelle ultime foto ho inserito foto della fodera in generale e dei segni d’uso da vicino. Le cuciture dei bottoni ovviamente sono state rifatte forse non una sola volta (ultima foto). Questi sono gli unici motivi per cui l’ho inserito nella categoria buono stato anziché ottimo stato.
