Comfort and embellishment were essential for Stella McCartney when she designed womenswear for Chloé. 
If pretty was definitely on the agenda, the British designer brought a modern spin to the romantic and somewhat ethereal Chloé girl. 
This exquisite evening top, crafted in ombré silk evoking desert dunes, is trimmed with pearl strands, adding a touch of 80s glamour to a runway look. 
Those were the kind of pieces 'It Girls' fought for in the late 90s and early 00s.
