This is a 100% wool vintage Gianni Versace blouse. It has a crew neck with a concealed placket centre front button up. The two bottom buttons are missing. This design is in black and cream and is really striking and detailed. It has raglan sleeves with a raised top seam as shown. It has integral shoulder pads in matching material. This could be worn as a lightweight jacket due to it being wool. 
It does have some visible defects. There is a tear in the material on the bottom right front and a few other tiny holes here and there, but due to the pattern you do not notice this at all when it is on. It is repairable. I would say it is a uk 14.
