FULL SET, COMPLETELY UNWORN, PRISTINE CONDITION

Dr.Martens collaboration with British Tate Modern imbues the classic 1460 boot with the attitude of provocative British surrealist and occultist Ithell Colquhoun - whose accomplishments are often overlooked alongside the towering male figures of Surrealism. 

Boots are crafted with Backhand leather, providing a new canvas for Colquhoun's 'Example of Decalcomania Technique', which is achieved by randomly applying paint to paper or canvas, pressing another sheet of paper or canvas over the top, and revealing images when peeled apart © Tate. 

Sole is grooved and secured with signature yellow welt stitching, and the top of the boot is tagged with black and yellow heel loop.

• Made with a Goodyear-welted lines that are heat-sealed at 700°C
and reinforced with Dr.Martens signature welt stitch
