Vintage 2006 Boubou des Colonies flat mules in dark brown satin, sequins, beads, and laces.

Purchased in spring 2006 from a small women's shoe boutique in my town, these mules are from the French brand Boubou des Colonies. 🇫🇷

⌛ In excellent condition, worn very rarely and kept in their original box for years.

Note: a loose thread from a decorative detail near the outer edge of one of the shoes (see photo 9); slight darkening of the leather on the inside of the right shoe (see photo 10).

🪡 The lining, trim, and laces are 100% leather, as indicated by the inscription on the outsole. The upper is made of brown polyester satin (between dark brown and beige) and adorned with sequins and plastic beads forming floral patterns. 🌸💐 The 2 cm heel has a wood-effect finish.

📐 The size indicated on the outsole and the box is 39, but they actually fit like a 38 (UK size). The maximum insole length, meaning the length at which the foot can rest without slipping out of the shoe, is 25 cm.

They tie at the ankle. Ideal for spring and summer, they also work well in autumn 🍂 thanks to their soft colors.

Mules basse Boubou des Colonies vintage 2006 in raso marrone scuro, paillettes, perline e lacci.

Acquistate nella primavera del 2006 in una piccola boutique di scarpe da donna della mia città, queste mules sono del marchio francese Boubou des Colonies. 🇫🇷

⌛ In ottime condizioni, indossate molto raramente e conservate nella loro scatola originale per anni.

Nota: un filo allentato da un dettaglio decorativo vicino al bordo esterno di una delle scarpe (vedi foto 9); leggero scurimento della pelle all'interno della scarpa destra (vedi foto 10).

🪡 La fodera, i bordi e i lacci sono in pelle al 100%, come indicato dalla scritta sulla suola. La tomaia è realizzata in raso di poliestere marrone (tra il marrone scuro e il beige) ed è decorata con paillettes e perline di plastica che formano motivi floreali. 🌸💐 Il tacco di 2 cm ha una finitura effetto legno.

📐 La taglia indicata sulla suola e sulla scatola è 39, ma in realtà calzano come un 38 (taglia UK). La lunghezza massima della soletta, ovvero la lunghezza alla quale il piede può appoggiare senza scivolare fuori dalla scarpa, è di 25 cm.

Si allacciano alla caviglia. Ideali per la primavera e l'estate, sono perfette anche in autunno 🍂 grazie ai loro colori tenui.
