Sportmax by Max Mara grey leather square-toe thong sandals feature a minimalist, avant-garde design with padded footbeds, thin wrap-around laces, and sleek metal stiletto kitten heels.

As part of the Max Mara Fashion Group, Sportmax is known for its architectural, clean lines, which are perfectly reflected in this design.

Silhouette: A classic toe-post thong sandal styled with a distinctive, modern wrap-around ankle tie. 

Toe Shape: It features a bold, heavily structured square toe outlined by a prominent raised, padded welt.

Insole: Built with a distinct, thick padded leather footbed designed for plush visual texture and comfort. 

Heel Structure: Set on an ultra-slim, metallic stiletto kitten heel that coordinates cleanly with the thin straps.

Color & Material: Crafted from soft, premium nappa leather in a muted slate grey tone.

These sandals were never worn. There are no signs of wearing on the outsole, but as you can see in the images, along the inner heel bed the Sportmax branding has started to peel. Please look carefully at the pictures to see the damage. I can also provide more photos.

I own several pairs in diffrent colours and I can say they are indeed very confortable and easy to wear because they feature this distinctive cushioned square-toe footbed. Some of my most confortable sandals. They also look great with this prominent sculpted metal kitten heel.

These Sportmax strappy heeled sandals typically retail between $450 and $600 USD originally. 

This specific design language belongs to the Spring/Summer 2023 / 2024 Collections, which heavily emphasized modernist geometric lines, structural metal hardware, and minimalist Y2K-inspired thong silhouettes.
